The only gear list that matters
Every runner gets asked the same three questions: what shoes, what watch, what do you eat. Answer them once, in one place.
"What shoes are those?" If you run and post about it anywhere, you've answered this question a hundred times. Then the watch question. Then the gel question.
Forum threads go stale. The shoe you recommended in March is not the shoe you're racing in October, and nobody scrolls back to correct the record.
A gear list on your own page is different. It's short — the things you actually use, not everything you've ever bought. It's current — you change one line and it's right everywhere the link has ever been shared. And it's honest in a way a sponsored post can't be, because it's your page, on your terms.
Shoes, watch, nutrition, the one piece of kit you'd never race without. That's the whole list. Write it once, point everyone to it, and get back to running.
